            I have a series of canvases wherein I start an album, then paint until the music ends.  Bettie Serveert is great, and this is my favorite album of theirs.  So much bouncy fun wrestling with all that northern European depression.  There’s no metaphor or deep meaning here – this is just what the music looks like to me (after a few liquor drinks and at least one noise complaint from the neighbors).
